Here is Vicki's latest update from the weekend:
From Sunday:
Yesterday was a very special day for us. Last night we got to hold Xander for the first time..which means it was his first time being held too!! He got his breathing tube removed earlier that day. He is 19 days old. Nothing more precious than holding your little baby. He has the softest little cry right now due to the breathing tube. I'm sure in no time it will be loud but it was a cute little hoarse cry last night.
Last night:
mommy got to give him a bottle! (I pump but he can't be nursed yet. He gets skimmed breast milk.. TMI?) jace spent the morning at the hospital with me and everyone else joined us after church. Oh and Xander graduated to a new bed today!
