I need help paying my Electric Bill

Hello everyone!! I am in dire need of assistance due to my electricity is about to be shut off by Oct 9th. I am currently looking for work and waiting for interviews to come through. My electricity keep rising no matter how much I am paying this year and the electric company is not giving me full details on why my bill steadying rising when I don't use that much electricity monthly.  This year alone, I have been paying way more out of my own pocket to Potomac Edison and it never decrease it increasing. Every month I am expecting my bill to go lower but it always going higher no matter how much I am paying towards them.  I have paid over thousands of dollars this year alone; where some months I am paying $450-$650 and it never going down. My usage of my electricity bill will never adds up to the amount they say I am owing or comparing to the community I am living in. Every month, I am arguing with the them in finding out why my bill is so high but they can never explained to me.  All my appliances (including light bulbs)are brand new and energy efficient. I barely have anything on in this house until it get very dark. Even throughout the summer I barely had the ac unit on because I love the heat so much.  Every other month  I am having a disconnection letter from them and they are asking for high amount for me to pay them. Right now my financial is very low to where I am behind on my other bills bc of this electric company.  While I am looking for work at this present moment and taking care of two children; I had to used all the resources to also helping me that I can find this year and I can't return to them at all at this present moment. With the amount I am asking for right now,  I am praying this is their final high bill from them.  I have been very stressed over this because I know I have paid way more then I ever in my entire adult life.  Please help me with paying this bill and not being in the dark with my two children.  My daughter birthday is coming up on the 13th and it will truly break my heart to be in the dark on her day.  I won't even have enough money to buy her a gift because of Potomac Edision.
