DCM in aid of St. Johns Ward

As you all know I am running the Dublin City Marathon on the 28th October.  I had been thinking about doing it for a charity but trying to decide which one is hard, they are all so worthy.  Then when Jake, Ava and Isabelle returned to school in September we heard the horrible news that a second child in their school had been diagnosed with cancer.  As a Mammy to three children who are my world and I love so much it really did strike a chord with me and it really does make you stop and think how precious they really are.  So on the 28th October 2018 I will run 26.2 miles for St John’s Ward Crumlin Hospital where both children have attended and are currently attending.  The way I look at it is I will more than likely have to endure pain during the race but it is absolutely nothing in comparison to what all the children and their families who attend St John’s Ward feel emotionally and physically every day.  So I am asking for any donation doesn’t matter how small to go to this amazing hospital who do such good work to get these children back to full health.  Many thanks in advance xxxx
