Hello, my name is Melinda Canteloupe. I was diagnosed with a pathology report stating a 9.5 cm tumor in the left breast named "DCIS." Ductal Carcinoma in Situ is what that means.

So, after insurance pays out for their portion, I owe $2,800 as you see in the image. However, our HSA account has only $350.00 left. So, I am asking for help from everyone to raise some funds to help me out. My contributions have run dry. This is a very expensive surgery. I am just hoping and praying for some support. I hate asking anyone for anything, but I have to get this done before it gets any worse.
