operation for my daughter

Karina has had many operations in her 12 years. She was born premature and cannot walk or control limbs beneath her heart.I have paid for a disc inserted into her spine,two hips,4 knee joints and two ankles rebuilt along with various other treatments over the years, around £50,000-£70,000 of my own money and a gift of £1000 from a true friend.One of her knees gave way and the other didnt take the weight thereby damaging original bone. She was flown to Israel for an assessment to repair the now shortened leg and we now know it will cost $30,000. If I make more money I will put this to Papworth hospital that repaired me after a heart attack two years ago while chasing more funds.I am also planning a long distance sponsored cycle.I want to see her walk,this is her dream even though the treatment can be so painful.Please help
