“I GRIND 365” is asking for donations towards building a program for people who have been hit hard financially during these difficult times, or who are unable to afford a personal trainer.
Physical exercise is a staple for a person’s well being for not only strength and cardiovascular health, but for a clear and positive mental state as well.
Matthias Mckinnon, a former NFL free agent, as well as owner of “I GRIND 365” has a passion for fitness and the well-being of others. By training numerous clients with their goals ranging from weight loss, strength, and endurance, Matthias shares his drive, and commitment to uplift people to be the best that they can be, and beyond.
With a Bachelors in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland class of 2017, in- house trainer Jordan Sanders, has had a passion for fitness since a young age. Later after college he decided to pursue personal training to have an impact on a person’s outlook on themselves in a positive way through fitness. From this passion, he started his own fitness brand called “New Phorm Fitness” where he continues to uplift clients in their fitness journey.
Matthias’s and Jordan’s personal training program includes 1-hour personalized training sessions at “I GRIND 365” headquarters, offers nutritional counseling, and provides answers to questions that a client may ask throughout their time working with Matthias or Jordan
But having a personal trainer comes at a cost.
Please consider donating to help people feel in control of their body, mind, and life. We should all be able to GRIND 365…
