Saving Jasper

My little dog Jasper was attacked by another dog on April 21st 2019 at around 08:50am on Brookes Avenue in Broughton, Flintshire whilst being walked by my 78 year old mum. She was looking after him whilst we were on an Easter break.
Jasper has been savagely attacked and his injuries include 3 or 4 broken ribs (at least two of them have broken off at both ends and have caused damage to his lung) he had internal bleeding, puncture wounds from the teeth of the other dog to his tummy area, back, abdomen, diaphram and other tissue and organs.
He was initially taken to the emergency vet and we then transferred him to the emergency animal hospital in Manchester to see and specialist and find out what treatment can be done to put Jasper right again.
We were previously informed by the Wrexham Animal ER that he would likely need to have open chest surgery to sort out his broken ribs and punctured organs and that this type of procedure would likely cost between £5000 and £10000.
We have no pet insurance and have been unable at present to make contact with the irresponsible owner of the other dog to obtain insurance details. Although I am confident that contact will be made with that owner in time, Jaspers injuries can’t afford time and he will have to receive treatment ASAP for a chance to live.
I have been pointed in the direction of fund raising to help pay for vets fees by many of the lovely helpful people on Facebook whom have provide witness evidence and comments of good evidence will, so I thought I would give it a try.
We arrived at the Manchester hospital just 10 mins ago at the time of writing this after our stay in the Lake District was cut short and we had a 3 hour drive back to Wrexham and then the journey to and from Manchester, so I will update and amend in hearing from consultants etc.
