Please bring Kane back HOME!!

Jamie is a loving, devoted, determined mother and highly respected active member of the community.   She volunteers at her son’s school as well as with the Elks Lodge to raise funds for various charities. 
Jamie has raised her son, Kane (11) alone since he was born.  Kane’s father didn’t want to participate in raising his son and left all of the responsibility to her.  As a single mother, Jamie fought hard, worked nights and multiple jobs to AVOID having to battle Kane’s father for child support.  Kane's father disowned his daughter from a previous relationship when her mother filed for child support.
When Jamie and Kane moved out, they found a place close to Kane’s father.  She hoped that Kane would have a father in his life.  Soon, living near Kane’s father became impossible.
Kane was being horribly bullied in school and was even stabbed in the back with a pencil. Along with needing to get Kane out of this toxic environment, Jamie could no longer afford to live close to Kane’s father.
Jamie worked hard and found a new place for Kane with an AWESOME new highly rated school.  Finaly rent was more affordable.  It was a little bit of breathing room so she could do even more for Kane.
Kane has already made several new friends and a new BEST friend and can’t wait to change to his new school. Kane has even planted a garden and grown flowers and strawberries at their new house. After several years of saving money and begging for assitance from Kane's father,Jamie was able to finally file for divorce. She dreams of going back to school to become a RN, this will better her and Kane’s lives.
Even though she has been handling all of Kane’s needs on her own and Kane was being bullied, harrassed and injured at his current school, her ex was given temporary primary because the judge didn’t want Kane to change schools mid-year. 
Jamie is devistated.  Kane's father was unable to tell the judge the name of any of Kane's doctors, teachers or medical history.  

Kane's father never told Kane about the changes, it was left to Jamie.  Kane sobbed and couldn't understand why.  His father was never home and when he was, he didn't really have time for Kane.  He can't understand and crys for his mom.  He sends her texts and pleas to his mother. No one can understand what  has happened.  Jamie has always been the one making Kane’s educational decisions and has been in constant contact with the school and teachers for Kane’s entire life. She has been Kane’s Room Mom, Team Mom and even Dugout Coach. She has always been the one to take her son to the Doctor, provided medical assistance for his conditions and foot the bills to care for Kane on her own.
Now, to add to her finaicnal strain, she was ordered to pay child support.  However, because Kane’s father’s schedule, she is in possession of Kane for over 50% of the time. 
 
Jamie faces losing her son whom she loves more than life itself!  She has sacrificed everything.  Thanks to mounting legal bills she is deseperate.  Jamie has tried to sell everything she owns, drained her 401K, borrowed from family and has taken out loans.  Kane recently was faced with a major medical issue that his father neglected completely.  Jamie had to rush him for medical attention only to find out that the father had known for months that something was wrong.   This medical issue was intentionally hidden from her.  Since the father had never handled any of their son’s medical needs, he wanted to be the one to show the court that he is now.  He failed, and didn’t follow through. it was so serious that the doctor scolded him.  It could have cost Kane his life.
 
Jamie NEEDS to go to trial for the final divorce.  The judge NEEDS to hear the medical issues, visitation problems and the distructive hiding of information.  Kane needs to come back home where he has been.  

Jamie has tapped every source of income she has.  To continue this fight, Jamie has to raise at least enough to go to final trial and bring all this new medical information to the Judge.  She is several thousand dollars in debt and still owes another $9,000 to even take this to trial and mediation.  Mediation is required in the state of Texas and that alone is over $600. 
In the hopes of saving her son's future, Jamie hired an Amicus attorney to help bring her son’s feelings, education, needs and medical care to light.  Jame now owes him even more money for his services.  Kane's father hasn't even paid all of his portion.  On top of all this Jamie still continues care for and provide for Kane nearly every day while also paying child support.
She wears a smile every day for Kane and makes sure to shield him from all that is going on so that he never has to feel her stresses. Kane asks almost every day when he is coming back home and when he is starting at his new school. He even told the judge and the amicus attorny he wanted to be home with his mother and start his new school.

PLEASE help her continue to fight for her son’s rights and his health.  No child should be given by default because someone else has deeper pockets. Please help Jamie and please help Kane who just wants to come home and be safe, cared for and loved as he always has been with his mother again.  Please help.
