Dawud’s car

This is Dawud and his amazing boys. He is my hero...and I’d like to tell you why. 
4 years ago they lost their mom and their home. They had no one to help them and began living in a homeless shelter. Dawud was determined to give his boys a better life. He took on two jobs as a certified nursing assistant and saved enough money to get out of the shelter.  He also enrolled at Montgomery County Community College in Pottstown.  He is currently in his second year of nursing school. 
Dawud and his family have experienced such loss and hardships. But Dawud perseveres and always has a smile on his face. I have had the privilege of serving him and his boys at the soup kitchen every Monday and       seeing the love they have for each other.
Dawud recently obtained his drivers license and with the help of friends we have a car! I’d like to raise enough money to cover his car insurance for the year.  This will mean everything to him and his boys.
What an amazing opportunity to use this great power we all have...the power to change the course of another persons life.
