Dawn Bishop’s Dream and Celebration of life!

RIP Dawn Bishop (10/07/1967 - 13/09/20) Our mother passed away aged 53, she was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis back in 2009. Sarcoidosis is a rare condition, that usually can be improved without medication however, over time symptoms can worsen and become severely affected; this is known as Chronic Sarcoidosis which there is no cure for. https://www.sarcoidosisuk.org/research/sarcoidosis-research-hub/ 

Our mother was strong and independent, managing to raise two twin boys alone,  whilst battling the condition. Since being diagnosed she has helped so many people within her community, whether it was planning day trips within Europe, legal matters, getting people back into employment, improving council properties (overdue refurbishments),  also on top of all these services provided through her non-profiting organisation, she fostered overall 6 babies giving them the best start to their early years of life. 


To raise awareness and help find a cure for chronic Sarcoidosis we will donate 20% of the total amount to SarcoidosisUK.

Our mother was very creative and business minded she had a dream to start her own business unfortunately she never got round to making this a reality, we would love to bring her business to life and make her proud.

Anyone that knew our mother would agree she was the life and soul of a party, she loved hosting a (themed) BBQ once a year; prepped everything the day before but was always late lol. So in her honour we want to host a celebration for everyone that knew her; to pay their respects and celebrate her life, Absolutely Fabulous Style.
