David Salgado Funeral Contribution

Hello, my name is Lizzette Salgado and I am openning this GO FUNDME ACCOUNT TO assist in the funeral expenses of the Salgado-Hernandez Family. My beloved brother in Law David Salgado passed this Jan. 29TH, 2018. David was born in El Salvador 27 years ago and was born with Down Syndrome. David's whole life since he was a baby was subjected to various medical treatments which included many surgeries. Even with all the medical struggles David lived a very happy life full of joy and happiness. He studied at Birmingham High and graduated from there; he made many friends and was well known, they called him "The Dancer". He was the lively kid who won dance competitions and never had a complaint about anything.. In his last days he attended New Horizons a school where he was learning how to be self dependant and how to manage himself in every day life.David was survived by all his family who loved him so dearly Brothers, Uncles, Cousins, Nephew & Nieces, and that loved was shared by his teachers, friends, and even people in general who had the chance to meet him knew of his joy of life.. Most who knew him also would remember the love he had for traveling back to his native country El Salvador, how much he enjoyed his sea food, soups, pizza, and his famous BEEF bowl from Yoshinoya.. David was the most optimistic person I've ever known, even when he could have reasons to be sad he always smiled and made all around him happy, David was the joy for his parents and brothers, he was the reason why they all meet every day at his house. He was and will be the light of there hearts to his mother, father, brothers.. and all who knew him. This Jan. 23rd I took David to the hospital for eye infection, the following day he developed a skin allergic reaction of some type, 3 days later he was again taken to the ER and was told he had Chicken Pox. They had adviced the family that this would shortly pass with rest and some topical treatment. But as the change of weather he also developed a cold which complicated things even more. Monday the 29th, David's mom wakes up and checks on him and find him not breathing.. she emediatly calls 911 and starts CPR while the paramedics arrived. Once he was evaluated by the paramedics he was pronounced dead, they said he was without life for a few hours. David passed on the 29th of Jan. In his home.. The family is devastated at our loss. Even though the family has made arrangements for future needed expenses but never thought for when, and who.. the expenses are upon us and in appreciation for those who have of there own kind heart who want to assist, I made this page where you are able to help. All collected funds will be 100% allocated and used towards David's funeral expenses. Every effort which is shown is humbly appreciated!!! Mi nombre es Lizzette Salgado y estoy abriendo esta cuenta de Go fund me para ayudar a la familia Salgado-Hernandez con todos los gastos que se necesitan hacer por el fallecimiento de mi cuñado David Salgado el pasado Lunes 29 de Enero de 2018. David naciô hace 27 años en la ciudad de San Miguel, El Salvador . Con la condicion mèdica de Sindrome de Down . Y aparte de eso tambien naciô con problema en el corazon por lo cual tuvo que ser sometido a cirugias y tratamientos desde que era un bebè. David ,ya luchando por su vida desde tan temprana edad, nunca dejô de hacerlo y al contrario a todos los pronosticos mèdicos , viviô una vida tranquila y feliz . David estudiô sus ultimos ańos de escuela en la Birmingham High School donde se graduô muy feliz de haver hecho muchos amigos, todos querian a David, todos le conocian y sabian quien era èl.. “El Bailarin de la escuela” el que ganaba concursos de baile y que no se quejaba de nada.. Sus ultimos años asistiô a Nuevos Horizontes donde aprendia cada dia cosas de la vida cotidiana. David siempre fuè muy concentido por amigos, maestros,primos, tios , padres, hermanos y sobrinos, en fin, por todos nosotros que fuimos su familia.. Muchos que le conocieron sabian que su alegria mas grande era viajar hacia su pais El Salvador cada vez que era posible, que su alegria era comer mariscos, era comer “conchas” , sopita de frijoles, pizza y su famoso “beef bowl” de Yoshinoya! .. David era la persona mas optimista que he conocido, incluso cuando podria estar triste por algun motivo el siempre estaba alegre y alegraba a los demàs.. El fuè siempre la alegria mas grande de sus padres y hermanos. La razon por la cual todos los dias se reunian en casa. David fuè y serà siempre esa luz en sus corazones. El dia 23 de Enero, David fuè conmigo a Emergencias devido a una infeccion en su ojo, al dia siguiente David tenia una erupcion como alergia, tambien se llevô a emergencias, y el viernes 26 nuevamente David fuè llevado a emergencias porque sus erupciones en la piel ya era “varicela”.. en emergencia le dijeron que esto pronto pasaria con descanso y una medicina en la piel, aunque ese fin de semana devido al clima, David tambien enfermô de gripe y es donde todo se complicô.. Dia Lunes, 29 de Enero, su mamà al despertar ve que David no tenia respiracion e inmediatamente llama el 911 por lo cual empieza ella a hacer CPR mientras llegaba los paramedicos.. al llegar le informan que David habia muerto talvez un par de horas atras y no habia nada mas que hacer.. Su madre y demàs familia entramos en shock porque como era posible que algo talvez tan sencillo como una gripe habia llegado a dañar tanto las vias respiratorias de David haciendolo parar de respirar? Como? Y es algo que nunca lograremos entender . Asi que la causa probable fuè paro respiratorio y paro cardiaco. David muriô en casa,mientras dormia. A pesar de todo el dolor que tenemos, hay muchos gastos , gracias a Dios ya sus padres habian empezado a pagar el cementerio para un futuro .. pero hay muchisimos mas gastos que se necesitan hacer. Sè que muchos han preguntado a donde se le puede ayudar a los padres para que ellos se ayuden en este momento. Asi que decidimos como familia todos juntos abrir este enlace.
