A Heart for David

Within the last 3.5 years David has had several heart complications leading to very life threatening, invasive surgeries. Three days before Thanksgiving David wasn’t feeling good and went to the hospital. He had a heart attack which damaged the left ventricle. Throughout these weeks of being in the hospital he has been going through all kinds of tests to determine his next steps. His surgeons have determined he needs a heart transplant to move forward. Insurance only covers so much. He needs to be seen weekly at Tampa General which is a $40 a week payment. Most anti rejection drugs are not covered by insurance. To even get David’s name on the transplant list the Perez family needs to raise at least half of our goal to show good faith to the finance department of the hospital. Please help this 41 year old husband and father of three get the medical care he needs.
