My name is David Guilmette, Im 65 years old, retired in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. l am raising money for heart surgery.
When I was 46 I had a quintuple bypass then a year later I had 2 stents applied, and the next year two more. Actually, I've had many other surgeries distantly related to the heart and others not so.
Otherwise, my overall health is great, thankfully, and I believe myself to be a productive part of our local entertainment community.
The procedures required are a angiogram, and/or an angioplasty and additional stents.
The costs range from $5K to $7K USD and maybe an additional $2K for incidentals. That's $100K to $180K MXN.
l would need to get the funds collected as soon as possible as I must stay under hospital care until I can pay to arrange the procedures.
l will be forever grateful to all of you who could contribute and a big thanks from the bottom of my heart, for every penny counts.
