David K. Thomas passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2016. His wife, Michele; his three sons, Erich, Alexander, and Christopher; and his grandson, Archer, are shocked and distraught. He has always been their rock.
David was kind and wholeheartedly gentle. He believed that every person he met was inherently good. His empathy was endless and his joy was far-reaching.
Unfortunately, there are many who find ways to take advantage of those who have such kind souls. Because of his truly tender heart and his giving nature, David often found himself dealing with false and exploitative people in monetary situations. He was also laid off twice in the past eight years due to outsourcing of computer programming work. Therefore, he found himself struggling to keep up with the bills, the mortgage payments, and the upkeep of the house. As most of us can at least somewhat understand, this is an extraordinarily daunting task.
Since David spent most of his life keeping his family together and keeping them in their home, we'd like to do everything we can to help them maintain the stability that he fought for. Michele and Christopher still live in the family home, and since David kept everything and everyone together, they are in real danger of losing the house and their livelihood. Due to the unexpectedness of David's death, the family is scrambling to keep everything together.
Any money donated to the family through gofundme will be used in the following ways:
-mortgage payments
-bills
-cremation costs
-memorial costs
Anything donated will help the family stay in their home, and help keep them upright and together.
