<div>My father David Peter Oakley is currently in the hospital. Earlier  this February he was sent via ambulance to the hospital in more or less diabetic shock, with an extreme infection. 


</div>


<div>He went through surgery  to remove his left leg just above the knee. 

</div>


<div>He is fully awake and started rehabilitation, he is still very weak but can talk, he recently went through a second surgery for a stomach ulcer. 


</div>

<div>We are now ready to reach out for donations as we need to completely renovate our down stairs before David can come home . We need to make a bedroom downstairs with an assessable bathroom. This will be costly.
