David Nelson Jr Memorial Fund No Shower Happy Hour

David Nelson Jr. passed away on July 10th, 2006 and was an organ donor. In 2007, family and friends created the David Nelson Jr. Memorial Fund which provides educational scholarships to children of deceased organ donor parents. To date,  the fund has awarded more than $45,000 in educational scholarships supported by the Gift of Life Donor Program.  In addition, the Fund promotes the importance of organ donation awareness and raises needed funds to support families that come to the region for transplant services.

This year,  the Fund will be sponsoring our 12th Annual No  Shower Happy Hour to raise money for the Gift of Life Family House in Philadelphia.  With the unpredictable changes due to the COVID virus, we are holding a virtual event this year. Any donation to this event would be greatly appreciated.
