David "Dave" Jeffers Sr. (Crash Test Dummy to many of us)

For those of you that know Dave, he is a very caring and helpful person.  Whether it be at is home area with neighbors and friends or in the carting community and forums at BGW, he is a consummate professional (but a jokester too!) in regards to helping others and to provide guidance to those in need. 

As some may know and many do not, Dave originally was placed in the hospital last week with what started with his foot and an infection, and then went to a heart attack and ICU/CCU admittance, which has now turned into a required open heart surgery to perform a triple bypass which will take place on Tuesday 11/21 in Tampa, Florida.

With the extreme circumstances of his hospitalization and required surgeries, along with Dave not having medical insurance after losing his previous job during Hurricane Irma, we want to try and help him where we can as he has already accrued $50,000 in hospital bills with much more to come.   Although Dave Jeffers is a very proud man and has helped a tremendous amount of people over the years, he really needs our help now.  So we are starting this GoFundMe account for his benefit. 

It is strictly to help him offset the exuberant amount of medical bills he has and will continue to incur as he goes through this.  He is expected to be hospitalized for another 2 to 3 weeks so this will assuredly be very costly and continues to be life threatening.

The best way we can help Dave (CTD) right now is with our prayers, and then next is to get the word out about this GoFundMe account and try and give him some monetary support to help offset his expenses
