David Fitzpatrick's Medical Bills

May 19th was a fun filled evening at the elementary school carnival. Everyone was there and having a blast. No one knew what was in store for their family as the day wore on.
David woke in the middle of the early morning of May 20 with severe pain and wound up in the local hospital emergency room. What started out as a routine Friday night turned into the start of an unimaginable nightmare. David was admitted to the ICU. Within hours, we were told he wasn’t going to make it. Anyone who needed to see him, needed to do so fast. No one was sure the outcome. Thankfully, David made it through those first days despite his doctors’ prognosis.
Many weeks and several facilities later, David came home to wait and see what the outcome would be. He was only home for a few short weeks when he found out he had to go back to another hospital. He is now back in the hospital and continues the fight for his life.
Back at home, Theresa and the boys are struggling to continue without Daddy being there. Day care, work, school...everything continues. Bills are piling up and becoming overwhelming. And the medical bills are just beginning.
