David Dougherty Memorial Fund

The national organization of mental illness(NAMI)'s main mission is to build better lives for the millions of people affected by mental illness. My family are a few of those millions. My father, David Dougherty struggled with bipolar disorder his entire life. Last April my dad lost his battle to mental illness and took his own life. NAMI has supported my family and many other families with counseling and classes to help educate and give us resources through the difficult time.
