David's APNH Food Pantry Project

Donation protected
Dear Friends,

Our beloved brother and friend, David W. Cuozzo, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2018 at the age of 53.  He will be sorely missed... but his love for life, family and friends will shine on in all of our hearts.

David was a passionate volunteer for AIDS Project New Haven (APNH) in CT for many years.  He tirelessly contributed his time and resources to this essential organization-- he was an active member of various committees, and he donated proceeds from the sale of the beautiful bags and pillows that he sewed.

Additonally, David purchased and personally stocked much-needed food items for APNH's Ed Leduc Memorial Emergency Food Pantry-- a very important service that David selflessly contributed to on a consistent basis.

To honor David's legacy of extreme generosity, we hope that you will help us continue to stock the APNH Food Pantry in his loving memory.

ALL proceeds collected on this page will be used to regularly stock food items in the Food Pantry.  There are certain items that are needed but often lacking, so we will work with APNH to supply what is most needed, on David's behalf.  We intend to keep this page active indefinitely, in order to honor David's wish to keep the Food Pantry well supplied.  The Food Pantry is open year-round, and is especially important around the various holidays.  So we will be endlessly monitoring this page and accepting contributions any time you wish to honor David and his legacy.

The APNH Emergency Food Pantry was established in memory of Ed Leduc, for whom it is currently named.  APNH graciously offered to co-memorialize both Ed and David's generosity by renaming it the Ed Leduc and David Cuozzo Memorial Emergency Food Pantry.

Thank you very much, in advance, for any contribution you can offer in loving memory of our dearest David.  No donation is too small!

If you are not able to contribute at this time, please say a prayer or spare a thought for David, that he may rest in peace and watch over us as our special angel up above.

With much love and gratitude,

The Cuozzo Family

PS) If you will be attending the funeral services for David (obituary link below), please bring a non-perishable food item with you to the Church.  There will be a location in the Church vestibule where they will be collected.  All items donated will be brought to the APNH Food Pantry.  Thank you!
