David and Joy Riggs Flood Relief

My father is a retired Houston Police Officer.  He and my mother lost their home in Hurricane Harvey. They had flood insurance until July but had to choose between paying their taxes or paying the insurance.

They have lost everything.  Their house can not be repaired. Water was over 9 feet high.

Please help in any way you can. Even prayers and well wishes are Greatly appreciated.
