David Akovenko

David Akovevko is a loving and devoted father of two beautiful children. He is a loving husband to his amazing wife. He works hard and plays hard. Weekends or days off ( when he gets them) are for 4-wheeling, fishing, or teaching his son how to weld. David went to the hospital Thursday, August 24th. He was told he had strep throat, given some medicine and sent home. Saturday, August 26th, he went back to the hospital. Pneumonia totally filled his left lung and half of his right lung. They put him into a medically induced coma. They life flighted him to the Casper hospital where he is still listed in critical condition. He is fighting so hard. He has had ups and downs. He is still in the coma, still on the ventilator. He is unable to breath on his own. The family is facing astronomical medical bills but more than that the day to day bills. David is the bread winner for this family. They have a house payment, electric, gas, etc. I would hope if we all could pitch in and let these bills be the least of their worries it would be fantastic.
