Dave's Spinal Cord Injury Journey

As you may know, Dave recently fell and suffered a spinal cord injury. He was life flighted, underwent a 4+ hour spinal surgery, spent 4 days in the ICU, and 10 days in the trauma unit, before moving to acute spinal rehabilitation. He's now working hard several hours a day in physical and occupational therapy to learn how to use his upper body to achieve independence in a wheelchair. This accident has left him unable to work for the foreseeable future and has necessitated costly home renovations in order to make it accessible for him.

Anyone who knows Dave and Sue, knows that they are typically the ones who help others, and are reluctant to accept help for themselves. They have been inundated with so many kind offers to help and after several friends and family members mentioned a GoFundMe page as an simple way for others who desire to assist them, they have relented and allowed us to start this for them.

They want everyone to know that they truly appreciate your prayers that Dave would regain the ability to walk, and are grateful for all of the generosity extended to them during this difficult season.
