Dave's Eye Surgery

Dave is our brother, uncle, dad, and biker riding buddy. Dave needs an eye surgery in order to keep his CDL which is his livelyhood. Unfortunately his health insurance will not cover this surgery. If there is anyway you can help him reach his goal he will be eternally grateful. Every dollar helps. Dave has one surgery today 8/16. Then another on 8/23.
