Veteran, Firefighter, Public Servant: Remembering Dave

On Thursday March 30, 2017, Dave Wiley lost his battle to cancer, but not without a fight. He is survived by his wife Lori, stepchildren Alex and Katie and parents Keith and Barbara.

A Pennsylvania native, Dave grew up in Chalfont and graduated from Central Bucks West in 1975. For eight years, he was a corpsman in the Navy and devoted his life to working in public service.

His passion for helping others resonated through his work as a volunteer fire fighter, paramedic and emergency medical technician with the New Hope Eagle Volunteer Fire Company. Dave was an avid Civil War history buff,  loved motorcycles, spending time with his wife, but most of all he loved serving his community.

He will always be remembered as a hard worker, dedicated public servant, mentor and friend.

In order to lift the burden of funeral costs and medical bills, we are hoping to raise our goal of $25,000. Any donation, no matter the amount is greatly appreciated.
