Dave O'Connor Funeral Expenses

Dear friends, This is Michelle Haunold Lorenz, Bill Lorenz's wife. Our dear friend Dave O'Connor passed away Feb 8, 2020 from a long struggle with bone cancer. Those of you who knew them knew it was always the Dave and Bill show: where one went the other was sure to be close behind. From Wisconsin to Sacramento, they went everywhere together, best pals since they were 14 years old. Bill finally landed in Sacramento, joining Dave at his shop, Sacramento Tattoo and Piercing.
Dave touched so many lives. He was always there for a friend in need and now, as we prepare to say goodbye to Dave, this is our chance to be there for him and his family.
Bill and I are raising money to help pay for the costs associated with his funeral and memorial. If there is anything left over after expenses are paid, the extra donations will go to his sister and girlfriend to help make their lives a little easier as they continue to deal with the ramifications his death has left in their lives.
The money you are all so generously donating will be withdrawn by me, Michelle, and given to Darlene (Dave's sister) in the form of a personal check so she can pay for the funeral expenses. As further needed, I will be withdrawing any additional money and giving it to them in the form of a personal check.
A Celebration of Life will be held Feb. 20, 2020 . Money will also be withdrawn by me personally to help pay for the food at the memorial. If you are a friend or colleague of Dave's please consider joining us for this special celebration. He will be interred in Wisconsin.
