The Greenaway Foundation

Every year The Greenaway Foundation provides financially challenged families with all the ingredients they will need to cook a two-course healthy Christmas dinner. Many of the children from nominated families can then make a wish for a present they would like, and we will endeavour to make the wishes come true. 

For Christmas 2022, we delivered food to 635 families and made over 835 wishes come true. For 2023 with the cost of living crisis, we feel the number of families we will help will significantly increase and we are aiming to help over 1000 families with food and make 2000 wishes come true.

The Greenaway Foundation also supports schools by providing children with ad hoc help throughout the year with help for things like items school uniforms, food, travel and other items. The goal is to alleviate children's stress and help them see school as a positive place to be.
