Hello everyone! My name is Amanda, and I am the eldest niece on my mom's side. On Monday morning we all got the devastating news that my mom's brother Darrell had passed away during the night. I am here to try and raise funds so that we can give my Uncle Darrell a proper funeral. Nobody ever plans for a 62-year-old to pass away suddenly, and we are hoping with our friends, family, and community's support that we can raise enough funds for his funeral as to not place this financial responsibility on my grandparents' or Darrell's children's shoulders. We are all grieving this loss together, and adding to that burden the weight of the cost of a funeral is just too much.
