Darrel road flood

Hi my name is Sarah and I live on Darrel road I was one of the lucky ones who home wasn’t affected by the awful recent flood unlike many other on the street who have been left homeless due to flood of storm babet as many are aware our local council have been no help at all during these heartbreaking times people on the street have lost there homes and having to spend £150 a night to stay on a hotel and again have been ignored by the local council I no a lot of Retford has been affect but if any one is in the position where they can donate even as little as £1 to help take the pressure of those affected on the street it would muchly be appreciated the devastation and heart ache it has caused and knowing how alone some of my wonderful neighbours are feeling is heartbreaking it’s times like this we need to share our support and be there for those affected when the people who should be helping won’t!
