Darrel Baldwin Family

On Friday July 30, Darrel Baldwin had a cardiac arrest doing what he loved most, playing at the park with his two grandchildren. After multiple and prolonged attempts, he was resusitated and fought a courageous battle for his life which he sadly lost this morning. Tho he was in a coma, we believe he could hear us and we are all thankful for the extra time we had with him to tell him we loved him and how much he meant to us.
        Darrel's family is facing a lot of heavy expenses at this time. Darrel was in Florida for the birth of his third grandchild, so he will have to be flown back to Virginia for his eternal rest. There will be multiple and numerous doctor and hospital bills from the numerous specialists and physicians and ICU bills and also uppermost funeral expenses. Also, a huge roadblock for the family is with Darrel's passing they will be without financial income until Julie's birthday in October, when she will be able to take spouses retirement from the railroad.
