Darla Miller Distin'd Service Award

As many of you know, Darla Miller has passed the managerial torch to Dasha Li Kappe for the International Mammalian Genome Society after 26 years of distinguished and selfless service. In recognition of Darla's unyielding service to the Society, we are establishing the endowed Darla Miller Distinguished Service Award that will be given annually to a Society member that embodies and exemplifies the service Darla has provided over the years. The endowment will be used to help offset the travel expenses for the awardee to attend and present a lecture that bridges science and service at the annual IMGC. Please inform others in the community that might be interested in supporting this highly deserving honor for Darla. The IMGS is registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Your donations may be tax deductible (at least in the USA) to the extent allowable by law. A receipt will be provided for tax purposes.
