<div>On the night of May 5th, a group of determined individuals will set out on a 216km night cycle from Galway Bay to Dublin Bay in Ireland. This gruelling journey is not for the faint of heart, but it is all in the name of supporting Pieta, a charity dedicated to preventing suicide and self-harm.

<div>The Darkness Into Light event has become an annual tradition in Ireland, as people gather together to walk or run in the early hours of the morning, symbolizing the journey from darkness and despair to hope and healing. This year, our team is taking on the challenge of cycling through the night, with the same goal of raising awareness and funds for Pieta.

<div>Pieta is a non-profit organization that provides free counselling, therapy, and support to those who are struggling with mental health issues, including suicidal thoughts and self-harm. Their services have helped countless individuals and families across Ireland, but they rely on donations to continue their important work.

</div>
<div>That's where you come in. By donating to our Darkness Into Light cycle, you can help support Pieta and make a real difference in the lives of those who are struggling. Your donation will go directly towards funding their vital services, including their 24-hour helpline, one-to-one counselling, and group therapy sessions.

<div>We know that times are tough for many people right now, but even a small donation can make a big impact. Whether it's €5 or €50, every euro counts towards helping Pieta provide support to those who need it most.

<div>Please consider donating to our Darkness Into Light cycle today. Together, we can help turn darkness into light for those who are struggling with their mental health. Thank you for your support.
