<div>Hi friends… Kerri here. Putting my pride aside to ask for help. <strong>Daril was cut off by a driver on the Monday just before New Year's… he slammed into the side of their car on his long bike.</strong> He suffered a brain bleed, cracked teeth/upper jaw, fractured sternum, and multiple ribs with a lung collapse as well. The brain bleed has subsided but still has residual effects. He still has a tube in his chest for the lung. He has a road of recovery ahead of him. He keeps trying to convince the nurses to let him go home so he can go to work Daril is the hardest working person I know and has by choice been our main provider for over 5 years, taking care of everything for us and our 3 kids. He is struggling to understand his injuries or what happened or that he can’t leave the hospital yet… let alone return to work.
