My dad, Modesto G. Ortiz , lost the battle against COVID on December 9.  He leaves a legacy of dreams, a passion for life and education.  My dad believed that with education, children can have an opportunity to chase their dreams, he migrated to this country with a dream to give his children the opportunities he didn't have.  He dared to dream of a better life for his children, and he saw his dream realized.  My dad also dreamed of helping others through education an entrepreneurship... my brothers and I would love to carry on his legacy and we appreciate your support.  We are starting a Scholarship fund to help other children achieve their dreams - no amount is too small or too big.  Dare to Dream with us... dare to help fulfill my dad’s dream and in the process help others achieve their dream.  All the proceeds will be to start a fund and proceeds provide scholarships.
