Darci Dravland Family Fund

Hello, my name is Kami Fehlig and I need your help raising money for my dear friend Darci Dravland who would never ask for herself. Darci is a single mother of 5 (one with special needs), 3 children still at home. She has had 3 back surgeries in the month of October. The first surgery was done to alleviate one massive bulging disc (the size of a chesnut) that was crushing nerves and causing her unbearable pain. Unfortunately this surgery did not go as planned. It left her with some weakness in one leg and within a couple of days, no bowel control. Emergency surgery was done, fearing permanent nerve injury/paralysis. That surgery initially appeared to be successful until infection set in (within days) and the concern of permanent nerve damage/ potential partial paralysis lead to a third emergency surgery. Mind you, ALL of this happened in the span of one month. She is now home recovering but still fighting a serious infection (& running a fever). Darci has been unable to work and as such, has fallen behind on her bills. She will not be able to work until, (at the very least), until after the first of the year.  Currently she has a monthly income of only $550.00 coming in and medical bills she cannot pay.  I'm hoping to raise a mere $5,000.00 to help Darci and her family get back on her feet and through the Holidays. It probably doesn't sound like much, but to them it would be a miracle. A little more information: 
When I spoke to Darci tonight she said she knows the Lord has a plan and is thankful she is not paralyzed (such a positive attitude!) Darci is one of the best Mother's I have ever known, always sacrificing for her kids. More than any physical pain (and that is extremely high!) the pain she is experiencing at not being able to provide for her children is her greatest concern.  Darci was a caregiver prior to this big disruption in her life. Her patients absolutely loved her. She treated all of them with overwhelming compassion and empathy. Its time now for Darci to receive some love and compassion. Please help me to show her some of this even possibly, from people she doesn't know. Thank you for listening! Kami
