Dans le besoin après une erreur d'une compagnie

Bonjour, j'ai 25 ans et cela fait maintenant 2 ans et demi que j'habite un petit appartement de 36m2 seul.

Je n'avais jamais eu de problème hormis l'isolation médiocre et des voisins de plus en plus bruyants; suite a ça j'ai décidé qu'il fallait partir, mais pour ça, retrouver un travail est obligatoire car je suis au chômage déjà depuis un petit moment et faire des demandes étant au chômage ça fini souvent par un refus.

Mon problème maintenant c'est qu'au mois de Mars a la relevé du compteur éclectique j'ai découvert une consommation tout a fait fulgurante. Suite à ça, j'ai eu beaucoup d'entretiens et d'appels avec la compagnie Engie pour voir avec eux d'où viendrait le problème, après plusieurs semaines un technicien est finalement venu, je lui ai donc expliqué que mon compteur tourner très vite alors que rien ne fonctionner chez moi, puisque c'étais un vieux compteur et que cela arrive souvent, il décida de mettre la faute "panne" et de remplacer mon compteur par un nouveau, et dit que je n'aurai rien a payer etc.

Cependant, après plusieurs semaines d'attente j'ai eu des relances et des coupures d'électricité.

Quand je leurs demandèrent pourquoi, ils m'ont tout simplement répondu que le technicien avait dit que l'ancien compteur était fonctionnel, suite a quoi les huissier ne peuvent rien faire et je suis donc obligé de payer, le plus grave dans tout ça c'est que maintenant par rapport a leurs estimations je devrais payer +200e tout les 2mois. Malgré leurs compréhension et que jamais, au grand jamais! J'aurai pu consommer autant , ils ne peuvent m'aider, au contraire ils me coupent souvent pour impayé.

Maintenant les vrai problèmes c'est que trouver du boulot quand on te coupé l'électricité + je ne peux pas dormir comme je veux avec mes voisins c'est très compliquer, j'ai des médicaments a prendre très souvent car je souffre de tachycardie (ce n'ai pas remboursable a 100%) ça ne coute pas grand chose surtout que le pire est derrière moi alors le traitement est de moindre.

Le gros soucis c'est que ma mère a de gros gros problèmes de santé et peu perdre la capacité a marcher (et donc son boulot) des opérations du dos, jambes etc sont a prévoir, encore une fois rien n'est remboursé a 100%.

Elle a assez d'argent cependant pour elle, sauf que ma grand-mère (et donc sa mère) vient tout juste d'être diagnostiqué d'alzheimer...

Elle qui a 78 ans sort d'un long combat contre le cancer du sein, avec les chimios et toutes ses complications, elle est maintenant la proie de cette foutu maladie, les docteurs nous on dit qu'elle devrait être placé dans un hôpital ou une maison de retraite, bien sur on veux tous l'option numéro 2 mais ça coute vraiment très cher et on est pas beaucoup dans la famille, alors voilà.. Je n'ai jamais vu ma mère dans des états pareil..

On est dans un dilemme énorme et on a pas assez d'argent pour que tout le monde "s'en sorte"

Tout ce que je voudrais c'est qu'on arrive a "effacer" cette foutu facture qui me bloque beaucoup pour qu'enfin je puisse partir de cette appart plus simplement, trouver un boulot et aider ma mère et ma grand-mère qui ont vraiment besoin d'aide.

J'ai un peu honte et j'ai pas l'habitude de faire ce genre de chose car je n'aime pas embêter les gens..

However, after several weeks of waiting I had reminders and blackouts.

 

When I asked them why, they simply replied that the technician had said that the old meter was functional, following which the bailiffs can not do anything and I am therefore obliged to pay, the most serious in all this is that now compared to their estimates I would have to pay +200e every 2 months. Despite their understanding and that never, never! I could have consumed so much, they cannot help me, on the contrary they often cut me off for unpaid bills.

 

Now the real problems are that finding a job when your electricity is cut off + I cannot sleep as I want with my neighbors is very complicated, I have medication to take very often because I suffer from tachycardia (this is not 100% refundable) it doesn't cost much especially since the worst is behind me so the treatment is less.

 

The big worry is that my mother has big big health problems and may lose the ability to walk (and therefore her job) back operations, legs etc. are to be expected, once again nothing is reimbursed at 100 %.

 

She has enough money for her though, except that my grandmother (and therefore her mother) has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's ...

 

She is 78 years old coming out of a long battle with breast cancer, with chemo and all complications, she is now the prey of this damn disease, the doctors told us that she should be placed in a hospital or a retirement home, of course we all want option number 2 but it is really expensive and we are not very much in the family, so here it is .. I have never seen my mother in such states ..

 

We are in a huge dilemma and we don't have enough money for everyone to "get out of it"

 

All I would like is that we manage to "erase" this damn bill that blocks me a lot so that I can finally leave this apartment more simply, find a job and help my mother and my grandmother who have really need help.

 

I'm a little ashamed and I'm not used to doing this kind of thing because I don't like to bother people.
