Danny Hodgson recovery fund

This is a page to help with the short term and long term financial support for Danny and his family.

 

The funds will go towards paying for his mortgage and other bills and to also allow his Girlfriend, Jess, to not worry about work during this time, Danny will need all the support he can.

 

An update from Dannys parents:

The messages of support , donations and events being organised for Danny continue to overwhelm us and we can’t thank you enough. On the eve of his 26th birthday I wanted to share an update, your kindness has literally got us through the most horrific of times. Danny is still in a critical condition but is making tiny steps of progress. I’m sure the messages of support are a driver for this progress. Our family are by his bedside each day reading them to him and playing the voice notes for him. I hope and believe that he can hear them and they are helping him fight to survive.  The 19th of September will always hold a special place in my heart, the day I had my first son. I have always been proud of him, his kindness, his love for football the list could go in forever… But I could not be more prouder than I am today because he is fighting the biggest obstacle of his life. He is trying his best to come back to us. Please keep Danny in your prayers and thoughts.
