<div>A few years ago, I embarked on a life-changing path: I lost over 38 stones through a blend of disciplined meals, intermittent fasting, daily exercise, and, above all, sheer determination.

<div>I found inspiration in Eddie Abbew’s uplifting videos—which reminded me that transformation truly begins in the mind.

<div>Growing up, I struggled with my weight from the age of five. I remember sitting in a clinic, dietician by my side, and feeling weighed down not just by my body, but by the NHS’s lack of answers and later as i grew older by DWP’s sending me to the scrap heap, by , notifying me I’d be on benefits forever. My family’s frustration stung more. It became a lonely place, and I knew I had to rewrite my story.

<div>While this journey has gifted me better health and a happier outlook, it’s also left me facing new hurdles. The excess skin around my abdomen, arms, and thighs brings:

<div>Daily Discomfort: The constant rubbing leads to skin irritations and painful flare-ups that grab at any moment.
</div>

</div>
<div>Limited Mobility: Simple joys like running, sitting for long periods, or even walking the length of a park bench have become quite difficult.

</div>
<div>Lingering Self-Doubt: What should be a chapter of celebration sometimes feels clouded by self-consciousness.
</div>

</div>
<div>More than anything, I dream of feeling light on my feet—running freely in the park, playing with my future children without a second thought, and moving through the world without pain or embarrassment.
</div>

<div>I’ve consulted with Irmet Hospital , a compassionate and skilled group of surgeons and nurses , who’ve recommended a series of corrective procedures: abdominoplasty, extended arm lift , and thigh lift. The total cost—including surgeon fees, pre-op tests, anesthesia, hospital stay, compression garments, lymphatic drainage massages, and 24/7 hospital stay during recovery—comes to £10,775.

<div>As much as I’ve saved and fought to get here, I can’t quite cover these expenses alone.

<div>I’ve set my fundraising goal at £14,000, which will cover:

<div>Consultation and pre-surgery blood tests
</div>
<div>Surgeon and anesthesia fees, pre-surgical care such as cardiologist or hernia repair.

<div>Hospitalization and aftercare
</div>
<div>Medical compression garments , lymphatic massages and flights.
