Help Dan Mellon

My dad, Dan Mellon has many medical issues. In 2000, he had a heart transplant due to cardiomyopathy, or enlarged heart, which is hereditary in our family. In 2012, he was diagnosed with kidney failure and has been on home dialysis ever since and is in dire need of a kidney transplant. He recently just had a triple bypass and has been in and out of the hospital with complications from that surgery 6 times in the last 50 days. He cannot work anymore due to his condition, and the bills are catching up quickly with no source of income other than a small monthly amount for disability, and rent from the tenants living in the 4 unit apartment he owns. And even after working his whole entire life to support his family, the costs of everything has caught up. He's facing the threat of losing the apartment building he owns because the County is owed $10,000 in property taxes, with all of the hospital stays and medical bills, the money is just simply not there. I am here as a last resort. My father has worked his entire life for everything he's ever had and never chose the easy way out. He is a local musician as well and was using that as an outlet and hobby for a while but had to stop that because he is too sick to play. He loves life and loves to play softball in the summer time, but can't anymore. I'm here to ask for help. My dad is a great man and everyone who knows him can vouch for that. Please help in anyway you can. Thank you.
