I want to go to PSI-7 (the Life Success Course) on May 18. The cost of the seminar is $4,450. I need your help to get there! I've already bought my ticket and raised $50, but I've still got a long way to go.
Typically for a person's 21st birthday, gifts tend to amount to alcohol and more alcohol. In leiu of this, I'm asking that each one of my family and friends donate to my personal development. Donating to this fund is investing in my future success.
WHAT IS PSI-7?
PSI stands for Personal Success Institute. I attended PSI Seminar's Basic in June 2012 thanks to the support of Tarra (sister), Dave (brother-in-law), Denise (aunt), and Lisa (family friend). The Basic Seminar is aimed at helping people discover their programs (the assumptions you make about yourself, people around you, and the world) and deciding whether that program works for you or if you would achieve better results if you changed it.
PSI-7 is the second PSI course. It's a week long seminar held at High Valley Ranch in Northern California.
WHY DO I WANT TO GO TO PSI-7?
The Basic changed my life. To those of you who have known me a long time, you may have noticed that I am not the same person I used to be. I used to make so many assumptions about people and myself that were crippling. I wasn't good enough, I couldn't trust anyone, everyone was out to get me, I didn't deserve x or y or z, no one has ever had the same problems I have.. etc etc etc.
No longer will I ever allow myself to think these things.
Attending the Basic seminar was learning how to take RESPONSIBILITY for myself and my actions. It was learning how to LOVE people without assuming or wanting to change them. When I attended the Basic, it asked me to examine my life and realize what decisions I was making without thinking. It challenged me to change the thought processes that don't work for me.
I want to go to PSI-7 because I saw the value in the Basic. I believe there is a lot of value to be gained from this seminar. I TRUST Dave and Denise and Lisa and all my friends from PSI that have attended. I know that these people want to see me succeed and know what there is to gain. I have FAITH in my ability and I want to see just how far I can push myself to GROW as a citizen of this planet.
THAT is why I want to go to PSI-7. THAT is why I need your help.
