GA: Police Corruption & DCFS - CPS Abuse of power

AND The negligent Georgia DFCS staff:

Lead Investigator Ms. Rodnecesha Mims,

Supervisor Diamond Knox Supervisor

Caseworker Tammie Fields

Who all negligently failed to READ (Kennesaw Police Department Arresting Incident report 2301-0785) and therefore FAILED to conduct a proper investigation of my unique circumstances. As a legally and medically disabled black American woman and I am offended and question the competency of all of the responsibility for attempting to railroad me and use my disability as a weapon against me.

On or about January 25, 2023 The haughty Kennesaw Police Department ofc. Ms. Brooklyn Owens Badge no. KE1551 called DFCS lead investigator Ms. Rodnecesha Mims, and stated "I had a physical altercation with her" which was a braisen lie. In an attempt to use the love and passion, I have for my children as emotional abuse. And then abuse their legal power to control me by opening a fraudulent DFCS case.

A case I want to be closed. IMMEDIATELY!

DFCS lead investigator Ms. Mims took ofc Brooklyn Owen's verbal statement as truth. And ignorantly failed to READ the actual kpd arresting police incident report 2301-0785.

Which states the ACTUAL reason for my arrest was:

1. Ms. officer no longer wanting to answer any further questions: My right after enduring a 2+ hour interrogation in my home with more than 8 officers

2. Admitting to threatening to use her taser against her mentally and emotionally abusive ex and primary caregiver: IN SELF-DEFENSE.

3. A video where you hear the sounds of a taser in the background: that does not show Ms. Officer in any frame!

On January 14, 2023 @ approximately 4:04am the habitual liar ofc Ms. Brooklyn Owens personally appeared before and swore to completely contradictory (to kpd arresting police incident report 2301-0785) statement to obtain the illegal arrest warrant no: 23-W-386 from Magistrate Judge Toqueer who also ignorantly failed to READ kpd arresting police incident report 2301-0785.

I find that most humans that are elected into these positions of power here in Georgia: Fail to READ! The actual documentation is presented in front of them. And therefore there has been an ignorant "snowball effect" of discrimination and abuse of power started by Ofc. Ms. Brooklyn Owen's fabrications. In an o take advantage of ME a disabled well educated black mother to 5 humans. While I was vulnerable and emotionally fragile. Taking advantage of my TBI-disabled and exhausted brain under extremely taxing and traumatizing circumstances.

Facts of a proper investigation.

I believe without transparency. Government employees cannot be held accountable! The heinous and brazen actions of officer Ms.Owens and her partner officer Mr. Hubbartt are both a menace to society at large.

Would you like to wait for your: mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister or aunt to be erroneously ripped out of your life by two well-calculated and CORRUPT police officers? In order for change to happen?

Or perhaps we need to wait until another child loses their life, as these individuals nonchalantly and fraudulently used governmental resources to fabricate stories and lies against an innocent disabled black mother.

This goes back to my question about competency:

What is the reason the Cobb County Prosecutors' office AND my public defender (and consul of the law): Sam Laguda HAVE NOT already had my charges dismissed with PREJUDICE?
