<div>Hi everyone, I’m Cathy and I am fundraising for my very dear friend Danielle, who has recently been diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

<div>Danielle has commenced intensive chemotherapy treatment. After her third round of treatment, she contracted an infection through her skin from the port being inserted, which allows the chemotherapy to be distributed. From the infection it has led to pneumonia, septicaemia, rhinovirus and other related complications. Due to the infection, she has now been hospitalised and unable to work and care for her children.

<div>Danielle’s treatment has had to be put on hold whilst the doctors try and fight the 3 infections she now has.

<div>Due to the mounting medical costs associated with her treatment and Danielle being unable to work, her medical expenses and living costs are becoming increasingly harder to pay. Danielle has a long battle ahead of her with treatment expected to be ongoing for 12 months.

<div>Danielle is a loving, dedicated mother of 2 beautiful children and loving wife to husband Peter. With the increasing cost of living and expenses the family is struggling to meet the high ongoing medical bills, let alone living expenses.

<div>Danielle is a kind, selfless, beautiful soul who always puts others first. Danielle regularly volunteers at many community events and is the heart of Penrith Cycling Club.
