Daniel Vasquez & Family Fundraiser

I wanted to create this fundraiser for very good friends of mine, they are actually more like family to me. Daniel Vasquez, the husband of Sonia Vasquez, was involved in a tragic work accident earlier in the week where he was air lifted to Herman Downtown and was sent immediately to surgery. Daniel suffered injuries that will leave him to go through many more surgeries in the future. Daniel has already undergone 3 surgeries this past week alone. Daniel will also have a long road of recovery ahead of him with doctors anticipating 18-24 months of rehabilitation.

The Vasquez family received many messages, thoughts and powerful  prayers and they truly appreciate each message, thoughts and prayers sent their way. Since Sonia has to stay at the hospital with Daniel she is unable to work leaving them with no current source of income. Daniel provided the main source of income for the family leaving them to wonder how their bills will be covered. Your generous donations will help cover financial costs around the Vasquez home and for anything Daniel will need in the future.  Daniel is a great father to his step-daughter Natalie and helped raise Natalie for most of her life. Daniel is a very giving person and helped those in need during the flooding of Hurricane Harvey. He along with several friends helped pull many families from the flooding waters and transported them to safety. I was told that Daniel and his friends spent each day from sunrise to sunset out on the flooded waters on their boats in Fort Bend County rescuing the citizens.

Daniel has a kind and giving heart and I'm asking for those to now help Daniel and the entire Vasquez family out. Daniel is more than a friend to me, he is family. Please any small amount will help the Vasquez family out. Continue to pray for Daniel and the Vasquez family as they brace for the beginning of a long recovery process.
