<div>My name is Kennedy, and on behalf of the Oginga’s family, I am fundraising for our dad who suffered a respiratory failure due to stroke related side effects on the 13th, August 2023. He suffered a hemorrhagic stroke in the year 2020 and has since then been bed ridden with no major movement. On the 13th, he complained of shortness of breath and was rushed to the hospital for a checkup. He, however, deteriorated on arrival at the hospital to the extent of being admitted in the ICU where he still is to date.

<div>The status currently is that he can't breathe on his own and must rely on a ventilator to keep him breathing.

<div>With the background above, we are seeking to raise approximately 14,000USD to keep him in the ICU until the doctors stabilize him. The average daily cost at the ICU is about 1500USD. We therefore plead for your support in helping us give our dad a fighting chance for a full recovery. Any amount extended to us towards raising the 14000 USD would go a long way in meeting the goal.
