Dafür will ihm das Ausländeramt Rems-Murr-Kreis die deutsche Staatsangehörigkeit verweigern – mit der Begründung, er sei „linksextrem“, weil er gegen die AfD demonstriert, auf Versammlungen für die Demokratie spricht und sich gewerkschaftlich engagiert. Um dagegen vorzugehen, muss Danial klagen.

Für Klagen vor Verwaltungsgerichten wird in der Regel ein Streitwert von 10.000 € angesetzt, dazu kommen noch die Rechtsanwaltskosten.
