DaNette's Mayo Clinic Treatment

For many years our mom has been dealing with major medical issues that are continuing to get worse. She suffers from gasteroparesis, diabetes, seizures, vision issues, vertigo, a tumor on her pituitary gland, anemia and the most recent, acute lymphatic leukemia. She has seen several doctors in Cheyenne and Colorado over the years, but they have run out of options and can no longer treat her. They referred her to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota at the beginning of 2017, but sadly we did not have the money to send her at that time. She has now finally made it to the Mayo and has been receiving treatment since January 3rd, but we don’t have the funds to allow her to continue the treatment. Due to the severity of her issues she will have to stay in Rochester for longer than we were prepared for and have to travel back many times throughout this year. The travel expenses and hotel fees are piling up to more than we can handle. My mom was an accountant for 24 years but due to the severity of her health she has been unable to work for two years and it has put a huge financial burden on us. My mom is a single parent of four daughters. One is in college at Samford and another is sixteen, being taken care of by her sisters while our mom is in Minnesota. Our mom's doctors have given her 18 months to live if she doesn't receive the treatment that the Mayo Clinic has to offer. For those who know our mom, they know what a loving, giving person she is and that she would do anything for anyone.  We are asking for your help in helping us allow her to continue her treatments and to get well again.
