Ours is a volunteer-driven neighborhood and two of our most tenacious and dedicated volunteers are Debbie and Olivia. Because they are so selfless with their time to make Hammersmith a better place, a group of your neighbors have organized a drive for Hammersmith residents to recognize Debbie and Olivia's endless contributions.
The only thing Debbie and Olivia love more than Hammersmith is the Astros! We have made arrangements for them to get a VIP ticket package (at no cost, more on that later) to an Astros game in Seattle, a city that they have always wanted to visit.
We have gotten a special rate at the host hotel, so we would like to raise enough money to cover the airfare, hotel costs, and some spending money for the trip.
The plan is to surprise them with the tickets at the Pool Party on May 5th.
