Dan “the mailman” Ertel

Our Dad has been in the ICU and on a ventilator in a medically induced coma since Aug 17th. We have been told it’s a day by day process for his lungs and body to strengthen. Healing takes time, it’s ok to take time. We remain full of hope he is going to overcome this and we ask for your prayers and support.

We are starting this fund to cover the cost of Dan’s medical expenses and his wife Carrie’s extended time away from work as she has been devotedly at his side holding his hand through this difficult time.

Dan has physically and emotionally given his entire life to serve his community, family and church. He was a dedicated mail carrier for the Neenah postal service for 30+ years. He is the most sweet, loving and amazing father, husband and grandpa. He teaches Sunday school at Christ the Rock. His love is felt and presence missed, especially his voice. We all need to hear your voice again soon and The packers need their loudest cheerleader.
