Only my bro would be in good spirits and too humble to ask for help after buying a dud of a house, having to unexpectedly rent for a year while repairing it, having to replace a septic bed, having to remove unanticipated asbestos (and still deciding to abate it properly), finding out that the city required a complete redesign, being forced to leave their rental as it was sold, and now living in a trailer on site, with a brand new baby girl and three other young kids, suffering from heat stroke because he worked too hard during the recent heat wave, and being stuck in a rainstorm moment of life that won’t seem to dry up. The budget has been exceeded and the winter is coming, with lots of work still to be done. If your heart breaks for them, like mine, please donate.
