<div><strong>Dan Chandler has been struggling with his health for many, many years.</strong> As his mother, I have watched his health decline quickly over the last several years due to end-stage renal failure caused by a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes. So much so, that he is unable to work due to frequent hospitalizations and dialysis 3 to 4 times weekly.
